She has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, London, in the area of Business Development, where she gained exposure to global best practices, client engagement, and large-scale project management. This experience provided her with a deep insight into business structuring, organizational expansion, and market-driven decision-making.
With a strong background in consulting and business development, Nikita brings to the organization a unique blend of analytical thinking, management practices, and a focused leadership approach.
